Return Policies
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all original labels intact.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nailvanguard.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions. Do not send any items back without confirmation.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take 3–7 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds are net of any merchant transaction fees, which are non-refundable.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled and must go through the return process.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nailvanguard.com.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Recheck your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is visible.
If you’ve completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nailvanguard.com.
5. Non-Refundable Items & Exclusions
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- We do not accept returns for products that do not have a factory seal or have been opened or used.
- Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect within 7 days of delivery.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or recovering your package.
To protect your order, we offer optional Navidium Package Protection at checkout. Please ensure you select this option for added delivery assurance.
8. Warranty Support
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Nail Vanguard will assist in facilitating warranty claims but is not responsible for warranty coverage or fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty returns. Please register your product with the manufacturer directly and refer to their warranty card or website for coverage details (most provide a one-year limited warranty).

10. Legal Disclaimer
Nail Vanguard Supply, Inc. is not responsible for any manufacturer changes in specifications, components, or color variations that may differ from marketing images or promotional materials.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
